Marinieves Alba is a capacity building and strategy consultant, specializing in leadership,

organizational development, culture and change management, conflict and repair, equity,

and wellness. Marinieves is a community weaver with vast multi-sector experience in the

arts, education, youth development, and social justice. She has worked in the international

NGO and non-profit sector for over twenty five years, specializing in racial and cultural

equity, cross-sectoral collaboration, and affiliate and multi-service network strategy. Her

capacity building work includes professional development and training, facilitation,

coaching, and program design. Marinieves uses holistic and culturally responsive

strategies to cultivate multi-level leadership, organizational capacity, and sustainability in

human-centered, mission driven organizations.
